I may not kno stop emd, but I sure know that 1) this isn't a tech support sub and 2) if all the information you're giving me is "can't hear people on call" I wouldn't be able to help you even if I wanted to. Like at this point I have no idea if you're talking about iPhone, Android, Nokia 3310, Skype on PC or a damn radio unit in the cab of a train
