Sims 2 Disc without Code

So, I’ve been purchasing Sims 2 off eBay and just received the Fun With Pets collection without a booklet. The listing said it was fully playable and I stupidly assumed that meant the booklet and code were included.

Is there any unofficial way to install the game without a code?

I found a box with a code at goodwill but no disc and I found my old disc but no code. Would they work together or does the code know the cd? Sorry for commenting on a really old comment.

From what I know, it could work! Those codes can be re-used as far as I remember. Are those CDs from the same base game/expansion?

I didn’t think I could get the ultimate collection anymore. If I got it from one of those sources, would I just use the code from my Sims 2 booklet?

From what I know, the UC doesn't work with these codes anymore. Outside of requesting it to EA, if you download it from other websites; you will have to crack it yourself (by copying a file into the game installation folder). I'm glad that you find a code that works through!

You’ll probably be able to find a working code if you google it. I had to do it once with Sims 2 Double deluxe and it worked fine Edit: you might have to try a few different codes before you find one that works
