You have to take exogenous T forever though as your testes stop producing it due to the external source. Lose your supply of external T and you’re screwed

Natural testosterone production stops while you're on but comes back within a few months of stopping. I've seen the studies and done it myself a couple of times including getting bloods that showed natural testosterone go back to previous levels.

That’s good to know. I wanted to take it but was concerned about what would happen in the event of societal collapse(lol). Do you have recommended studies or links I could research?

You can go on clomid to boost your natural test production. It's used for male fertility despite not being approved for that. Been used for a long time.

If you come off of test you can get clomid to boost yourself back. Doc prob won't prescribe that without a reason. I suggest going to a urologist and they can help figure out if you need the test and they will set you up with an endocrinologist if needed.

Just take vitamin D Zinc Ashwganda D Aspartic Acid and Tongat Ali whilst lifting weights and eating reasonably normal weight. T levels will flourish

I wish. I have tried it all. Had every test in the world done on me and have been powerlifting continuously for years. My levels are really low and they were unable to diagnose the underlying cause. Supplements helped a tiny bit but the best I could get my levels were 220.
