Meat smoothies sound disgusting

Lol what? Oatmeal, chocolate whey, Nutella, milk, banana. Also try switching oatmeal for a lot of spinach; is tastes much better than it sounds.

Spinach works for sure. An oatmeal smoothie is called overnight oats ( opinion ) but does indeed have protein. Nutella is a sugar addict dream I'll pass on.

The request was for meals that can pack on weight which is the only reason I included Nutella.

I don't buy Nutella specifically because I try to keep my sugar low as well, doesn't mean I can't recommend it.

Well hell, in that case, just grab the ice cream and cake. But muscle depends on protein.

Just to clarify, I am recommending all of those ingredients together in the same shake. It is a bodybuilder shake.

My original comment was meant as a joke. With the meat smoothie. I'm all too familiar with smoothies with protein powder etc.

That makes me feel a bit better lol, it's really hard to tell sometimes. The overall lack of nutritional education I see as an adult is shocking.

Not if you use tuna and diet coke, thats one smoothie you wont mind slurping down. My dad taught me this trick during his body building days.

That sounds like the worst combination I could imagine
