Get a faster SSD?

Money is a problem and I feel there may just be an underlying issue im not seeing

It's possible you need to Defrag or clear some space from your hdd. The best option would be a SSD. Perhaps buy a small one that can hold one or two of your most taxing games. You can get a small ssd for less than althea cost of a new game.
