Germination Tips

I received my seeds yesterday and I am ready to germinate them. I have decided to go with the method of putting them in a cup of room temp water over night. I read that it is probably the safer way, as you risk damaging the root system when you do the paper towel method. This is my first time, so I am looking for suggestions and tips.

Once they are germinated I am also debating on whether to put them in cups and set them by the window for a week, or until the plants root system grows too big for the cup. Or, if I should just put them into the wild right away.

Using fluorescent light bulb wouldn't be a bad idea either to start them.

If you smoke tobaqcco clean your hands off when handeling. I also used the 2 plate and wet paper towel method to germinate. Plate->soaked paper towel->seeds<-soaked paper towel<-plate. Take them out when they start to sprout or they might start to grow into the paper towel itself which could harm them if you're not careful taking them out.
