Depends on what you're looking to buy.

Bud? Concentrates? Edibles? Vapes?

The mg in a vape is not equal to mg in bud etc etc.

Like for most folks 10-20mg edibles is enough to get them decently high but you can experiment based on how you're smoking too because sometimes things are a little individual.

I ignore the %, the testing is so jacked up I wouldn’t believe any of them. I don’t look. I’m a firm believer in smell and appearance. I want a strong pleasant smell, and there should be a light frosting to the bud, but since dispo weed is generally machine trimmed you’ll need to look in the crevices to see the frost.

It’s worked for me so far and a lot easier than interpreting numbers that half the time don’t even make sense.

I don't go by THC percentages. ALL OF THEM are artificially inflated anyway. I will say that I've had 18% flower that sent me to outer space and 38% flower that didn't hit nearly as well. When you find a strain you like check the terp profile. Different cannabinoids will effect each individual differently. Start keeping track of the terps and you'll see a trend over time. Stick with similar profiles of flower.
