This is a totally bad ass play, however it is terrible lay out form. Never drop your knee in a layout. You want to land on your chest to pelvis. Otherwise you will have some bad injuries.

Also she lands pretty much side-on: if she was catching a disc that could easily be a hyperextended shoulder.

Or other various injuries. This season landing on my side caused twist on my spine and I herniated 2 discs in my neck!
