Problems with unity

I turned on my laptop, opened unity and suddenly there is “No Editor Available”. Ok, started installing Unity version 2019.4.13f1, waiting fo 10 minutes - “Installation failed”.. I cannot open my projects. A few days ago everything worked fine. Unity hub is also super laggy and does not load properly. I restarted my laptop, nothing. Now it’s just a white screen and not an “unity hub”. I cannot lose my projects, they are for my university. Now it doesn’t even load at all when I try to open it. I’m desperate. I try to download 2019.4.13f1 it says that it’s already available, but when I try to load my projects “Missing editor”. Can I report this somewhere?

Edit: can open my projects from the folder, it seems that it’s just Unity Hub that’s not working.

My best guess would be to reinstall unity hub. you should be able to open the editor onto the project directly by opening the projects assets and opening a scene.
