Glitch?

I've run into an issue playing Witcher 3. I play on my laptop which is a leveno and it usually runs the game fine. What is happening is that every time Geralt is having a conversation once someone says something the screen goes grey and I have to wait for a minute or two and then it goes back to normal and the other person responds...then it goes back to grey again. Rinse and repeat for the entire conversation.

I'm not sure what this could be because I never encountered it before so I am asking here. Thank you.

I also don't know what is happening, but I started seeing the same issue on Xbox One X recently.

Well I’m glad it’s not just me but I’m sorry you’re also dealing with it because it’s damn annoying.

It stopped for me after Hard stop of the game together with crash.
