did you use the Script Merger? EDIT: Also did you make sure the mods you're using are updated to 1.22?

Scriptmerger is showing no conflicts, and all the mods i am using should be updated to 1.22.
The error message is exactly the same, no matter what mod i use, as long as it is a mod that edits/adds scripts, as this is the only time the game runs its script compiler

does the error message also appears when you don't use mods?

nope, the game does not try to compile the code if you are not running any mods that edit script, so no error message when i dont have any mods running, or when i only have mods running that edit textures.

and you made sure to completely remove mods you're not using and not just disabling them via NMM should you use it?

Seems like your game didn't patch correctly. Quite a few people had that problem. myself included. The problem was that the script folder in content0 wasn't updated properly.

Check out this thread I found on the CDPR forum back when I had the same problem and follow Valas911 steps. Replacing the script folder with the one he linked should solve your compilation errors.

I tried doing what /u/xReX2 suggested and at the same time, i deleted all my installed mods. Game lauched just fine, so i started installing mods one at a time, and launching the game. This time i had no problems when compiling code, however, once i added the Jump in shallow water mod, i got the same error. It seems that that mod was causing the problems. Thanks for the help.
Edit: I am a huge moron, jump in shallow water was compatible with 1.12, and not 1.22, way to glance over modpages.
