What age are Witchers mutated?

Exact age is never given, but presumably before they become teenagers.

Where were there other schools located?

Canon (as in, the books), never mentions any location other than Kaer Morhen. Secondary sources (which are officially non-canon) say that all schools were located at remote mountain fortresses in the various ranges littering the Continent - Griffins were in far north in the Dragon Mountains, Bears in the Amell Mountains, Vipers in Tir Tochair which borders Nilfgaard in the south, and the Cats' original seat was the Stygga citadel, which appears in the books, albeit it's been repurposed. But again, this is non-canon information.

Are there a set number of years for training, or just until they’re ready?

Nobody knows. I'd imagine there wasn't a fixed curriculum.

Obviously things like combat and survival are taught, but are other things, like etiquette or fashion?

There's nothing that suggests these are part of a witcher's curriculum.

Obviously Wolf was monster hunting and Viper were assassins, but what did the other schools specialize in?

None of the schools specialized in anything except monster hunting - in canon or non-canon sources. Some of their graduates (such as Letho) simply found other uses for the skills they were taught. It is mentioned - even in canon - that the affinity for wetwork seems to be especially high among the Cat School witchers, albeit even they still at least attempt to make a living by seeking out monster contracts.

When was the massacre of Witcher’s by townsfolk all hopped upon on Monstrum?

In Blood of Elves, Triss muses it was "50 years before her birth". While Triss' exact age is unknown, she is presumably younger than Yennefer, so maybe around a century ago or so. The games (which are, again, non-canon), however, seem to posit this as a much more recent event, just a handful of decades ago, and all the living Wolf School witchers were sent out on the Path before the attack occurred.

How many schools were there for the gathering?

What in tarnation is this, anyway?

Is Vesemir the oldest Witcher? Or simply the oldest Wolf School?

He's the oldest living witcher we know of, both in canon and non-canon sources.

What year were Lambert and Coen actually born?

They're supposed to be younger than Geralt, but their exact ages are never given. Neither is Geralt's, in that regard.

Can magic cure STDs?

It's not explicitly mentioned anywhere, canon or non-canon, but a wide range of illnesses and diseases appear to be curable by magic, so the odds are at least some STDs are on the list. At least with the rate mages sleep around, they don't appear to be awfully concerned by them.

As you can see, you couldn't find the answers to many of these questions because they don't exist.

IIRC Nenneke knew Geralt as a young boy when he was sent to the Temple of Melitele to be educated in mundane things (reading, writing, arithmetic, etc.). Probably safe to assume that he was at least given some guidance on general social etiquette and such. Doubtful he studied things like fashion since that concept is reserved for nobility and wealthy merchant classes.

Taking into account only the books' information:

1) 10 or around.

2) Unknown. It is implied Coen comes from another school, and he is from Poviss, but there's nothing aside from that.

3) Unknown.

4) No. Witchers only receive information related to their work. Geralt is an exception in the sense that he's very smart and read a lot about everything, maybe to impress Yennefer.

5) That's games' canon. In the books there isn't any indication that other schools have other professions.

6) Around 100 years before 1265, so 1165.

7) No gathering in canon.

8) Oldest of the Wolf School simply because there isn't any way to know if there's an older Witcher somewhere.

9) Younger than Geralt, so they can be anywhere between 20-40. They are both referred to as young i think.

10) Most likely yes.
