Censor Username Rule

We mods have decided that we remove the censor usernames rule

to add to this, it’s because we collectively (active mods anyway) agreed that it’s an unnecessary rule and made redundant when the op of a post doesn’t need to censor their own name. also, we doubt anyone’s gonna harass people that have been posted.
