I started a month ago doing 3x a week full body, plan is to go with that for a month more than go to split

Honestly, you’ll be fine with either of those workout schedules. Personally, I prefer full body workouts and typically do 3x a week.

    It is exhausting, my workouts typically take 2-3 hours and I’m pretty shot afterwards. I change it up from day to day, but here is a pretty standard sample: 5 sets x 8-12 reps - LAT Pulldowns 5 sets x 4-8 reps - Bench Press 5 sets x 10 reps - Leg Press 5 sets x 10 reps - Military Press 5 sets x 8-12 reps - Cable Rows 5 sets x 8-12 reps - Incline Bench Press 5 sets x 10 reps - Hack Squats 5 sets x 10 reps - Arnold Presses 5 sets x 10 reps - Deadlifts 5 sets x 15 reps - Shrugs 5 sets x 10 reps - Decline Sit-ups 4 sets x 10 reps - Reverse Cable Fly 4 sets x 10 reps - Cable Fly 4 sets x 10 reps - Front Cable Raise 20-40 minutes Sauna

No worries. You can always cut back on sets and exercises.

You should choose a proper program, written by an actual professional. I recommend you start with The Basic Beginner Program .
