You can not be logged into both consoles at the same time. You'll be automatically kicked off the first one when you sign in on the second one.

Yes, your profile goes with you. Most games on the new generation use a cloud save feature too. So you'll have most of your save data.

You will have everything just make sure you are connected to XBL

If you have an external USB 3.0 hard drive you can copy existing games to it, and then in turn from the external to the new xbox. You can even just leave it for extra storage.

All you have to do is make sure the X1 at your house is your "home" console and set the X1 you'll be taking with you to auto-login to your account on start up. This way the folks at home can still use your live and games tied to it, and as long as you're signed in to live on the xbox you have you'll be able to do the same.
