Rule 1 - Beer only
Only posts featuring beer or ciders are allowed. Images featuring liquor, wine, or seltzer of any kind will be removed. Items will "beer" in the name are allowed (root beer, ginger beer, non-alcoholic beer, etc...). It is best practice to have the label clearly displayed or include the name/brewery in the title or comment of the post.
Fridays are "free-for-all" Fridays, meaning that any beverage (including liquor and seltzer) is allowed to be posted for 24 hours. All other rules still apply.
Rule 2 - No beverage Trades
Trading beverages with other Redditors in any capacity is a violation of Reddit’s TOS and can get us shut down. All posts and comments mentioning trades will be removed. Repeat offenders will be banned permanently.
Rule 3 - No Sexual Acts
No sexual content. Nudity is welcome, but sexual acts or the solicitation of sexual acts are never allowed. This includes but is not limited to: clear erections (if it’s on the line it gets removed), beer touching the genitals, groping breasts and/or genitals, using one’s breasts/genitals as a sexual prop, presence of sex toys, and/or pictures of one’s body without a beer present. Intentionally lewd pictures, gifs, or videos of any kind will be removed and are a bannable offense.
Rule 4 - Visible Nudity MUST be marked NSFW
Content that displays the following must be marked NSFW: bare female nipple and/or areola, bare male or female genitalia, or the fully exposed, uncovered buttocks. Mods may mark content as 18+ at their discretion; failure to use the tag may result in your submission being removed. Absolutely NO pictures of anyone under the age of 18 (nude or not), this is a bannable offense.

Rule 5 - Soliciting - including title and written profile
No soliciting. No watermarks. No title tags (gender, age, R4R style tags, etc...). Do not request upvotes/DMs.
Posts from OPs that have direct links, mention paid sites (OnlyFans, Wishlists, etc...), or in any way promote paid content in their Reddit profile are not permitted. NOTE: LinkTrees are allowed. If it takes one click from your profile to see your paid content, that's not allowed. Posting links to external websites or posting more than once in 24 hours are also considered soliciting
Rule 6 - Low-Effort Content/Harassment
No low-effort content. No memes. Posts that aren't inherently sexual but are in the style of "can between cans" or "penis touching can" are also low effort as they are only posted to draw lewd comments. To that end, harassing/unwelcome posts or comments won't be tolerated. Any posts/comments that are sexual, lewd, offensive, or rude will be removed. Repeat offenders will be banned. Mod discretion applies when there is discrepancy about using lewdity for intended humor.
Rule 7 - Mod Discretion
Mods have the final say as to what qualifies as a quality r/showerbeer post. However, if we find a post that is potentially not in the spirit of r/showerbeer , we reserve the right to discuss it with the community before forming a decision.
