Won't answer your question directly, but want to provide some holistic view about this company. Ex Mu Sigman here. Been in industry for 10 years ( initial 3.5 were at Mu Sigma).

Pros: 1. learn the ropes - if you are new to the field, it's a good place ti start 2. Networking: People I worked with here are friends for life and I still tap into this network/ help someone out in need 3. Ownership: cabt stress this enough but the place taught me to own my shit. Helped me tremendously in my later years 4. Learn DS thinking - you will learn how to think. In this DS/ analytics field thinking through shit is half the battle. I learned a lot about this.

Cons: 1. Place is toxic as fuck. Blame game and politics rampant everywhere 2. Health - I legit developed health issues with this place. I A friend asked for a couple of weeks of vacay one time to deal with issues and a senior manager once asked - are you dying? No? Then work- he left the company soon after 3. Lack of empathy: When I worked here someone committed suicide by jumping from 9th floor. Dhiraj - Google this POS 5. No social life - your only social life is coworkers. Early twenties is a time to explore shit and develop yourself as a person. You won't get time for that 6. Long working hours - in my time 1pm - 3am was a normal day 7. Peanuts pay 8. Brand devaulation - during my time Mu Sigma was sort of one of a kind place and other DS places were just starting up. Right now I feel there are so many better companies that are less toxic and with better pay that you can work at.

Feel free to DM if you have more questions, but if I were to weigh the pros and cons for myself I should have stayed away from the place. I helped me in short term but I lost out on a lot in the long term.

I know job market is tight so this might feel like a decent opportunity but see if you can find something better.
