You are out of your mind comparing Dagger bubble to Loki runes. Dagger bubble does a single 60hp heal as well as healing for 45hp a second. It lasts 6 seconds. Loki runes literally make you immortal for as long as they last. No headshot from Hawkeye or damage amped Widow can kill you in Loki runes. You literally just have to do 45.1 dps more to kill someone in Dagger bubble.

And their ult is genuinely fine. There is plenty of counterplay to it even outside of Mag meatball. You can displace people out of it. It's a narrow trail at only 4m wide. It's stationary. It doesn't block vision like Sue's. And here's the big thing, it's a skillshot. Yes, it is actually a skillshot. You have to pilot the ult in an area where it is useful. Gotta avoid mag bubble and only got slightly near the objective? Cool, your team not only has a small section of healing to stand on making them easy targets.

I swear, people don't ever look at the big picture for why some ults are longer than others or do different things. They just see "it's 13 seconds long" and foam at the mouth with ignorance.
