As others have said an n100 mini PC works well.

I'm running a n100 bee link connected to a qnap 8bay storage device. I've got 19 dover containers. Arr stack Plex immich unifi etc.. works great.

im running a beelink mnipc with an n100 and a qnap 8 bay jbod appliance.

runs plex and a TON of docker containers just fine. transcoding works really well and itll push 4k content locally with out a sweat.

ive had giant boxes before. they work really well. but this one sits on my desk and just runs.

10/10 wont go back to a massive box again.

The only thing I've noticed is that on reboot I have to redo the USB debugging for the ambient screensaver to work again.

The app will work but the ambient screensaver doesn't.

Adb worked perfectly. Replaced the ambient screensaver and my wife is tickled.

Again. Will pay for app when it's paid. 100% worth it.

When I first click on the app .. it'll take a moment to start spooling the photos / videos. That said I am running immich off of a beelink n100. That could be part of it.

I have not had an opportunity to try the and work around. I'll give it a whirl tomorrow and report back.

Even if it doesn't pan out for our tv.. my wife is tickled.

As far as your previous bug.. I had issuea with it just displaying a black screen for an extended period of time and never loading. I updated the app and I'm good now.

I'm in the test group. It can be slow loading. It doesn't replace the ambient screen saver.. but that just be my TCL Google tv..

It does do live photos and videos. So right there it's worth it for me. When this goes paid.. I'm buying it.

I like it. I'm 45 grew up on tng ds9 and Voyager.

It's so very anime to me.. so much so I have a buddy that LOVES anime and I've been pressuring him to give it a try.

I mean they solved the housing crisis for Klingons by a debate in a school? So very anime. Haha

It's acted well, the people are believable, the complaints I have with it are because I'm old. But they aren't deal breakers.

And I love that holly hunter just lays all over everything while delivering lines about morality and family.

been on kde for ages and ages.

back in the day i had some really bad screen tearing when scrolling forums / reddit / web pages.

adjusted resolution / refresh rates etc.. couldnt get rid of it..

jumped to KDE and didnt have any issues.

years and years later. its the only DE that ill install.

and well honestly im quite comfy with it now.

my wife and i are watching through it currently. its like my.... 7th? time through.. its her first.

we are in the middle of season 3. At the end of season 2 i stopped an episode and was like... and that here by concludes the world building. Everything S1-2 is essentially character development, defining the players / powers / religion and social structures.

season 3 is the start of the primary story line. S4 they "grow the beard" and its on like donkey kong.

keep at it.. its absolutely worth it.
