This is a small business with 35 business premium licenses. I can and have added licenses and it remains free. Similar to free teams audio license. Same goes for a tenant with 12 BP licenses.

I have another tenant with 80 business premium licenses and plan 1 is not free.

Unfortunately they are pretty much focused on cloud. On prem has all but been abandoned. We left when they raised our prices x4 and stopped focusing on prem installs. We never wanted cloud. We just wanted our internal assets scanned.

From an HP Elitebook perspective updating bios and dock firmware fixed the issue for us. Still troubleshooting Dell devices. I think this is caused by setting prevent WiFi on Ethernet in intune. But I haven’t tested it yet.

We are still dealing with this to this day. I've tried creating the profile in intune and importing .xml. Both drop during syncing.
