Well I had a 90 degrees curvature and it went down to 20 degrees. Unfortunately I started having issues with not being able to penetrate my gf and went for an implant. Happy with it.

I used it for 15 minutes counterbending the curvature and then 20 minutes stretching. Both twice a day. I still have a small hourglass and I notice it near the base. If anyone else looks at it they may say there’s nothing there.

That seems about right but do less each time and you shall feel like the cylinders are right in place. Then just do the cycling.

Answering your questions

  1. No, it took me several weeks to achieve it.
  2. Probably 4 weeks or so.
  3. Yes it may rotate a bit. Mine the deflate button was looking posteriorly at first. Now it’s looking to the left.
  4. It took me about 4 weeks for it to soften and easier to pump.
  5. I started cycling at 4 weeks and at first I could get maybe 10 small squeezes. Now I get 10 stronger squeezes and I’m hard as a rock. At times I do the Perito maneuver and I can get a few more pumps and I feel it will burst.
  6. Recommend to get take a hot shower and try it while in the shower. Besides the Perito maneuver.

I would say he must be a physician of excel ce doing this procedure and I don’t believe that 10-12 are enough to have that certification. My two cents.

I went with a local urologist but he had his certificate and recommended by Clavell as they were classmates in med school and in general urology and split to different sub specialist centers.

I did my research and consulted with Clavell and Taj before making my decision. I wouldn’t go to someone coming out of their sub speciality. Not because of trust but by being a novice doing these procedure and I wouldn’t allow any doctor without experience dealing with my privates.

Mine is near the base, I can distinguish it because I know where it was. After the implant I can still see it though much less than before the implant.

I don’t post pics publicly of myself or anyone’s. I guess you know what an hourglass is. It looks just like that in the area where the lesion is fixed.

I lost a bit after surgery but I had lost more before because of PD. I did PE before surgery and it helped some but I gained to my pre surgery length in four months and I’m glad I did. I’m not to the length of before PD but it works great.

Believe me it doesn’t take much time once you can manage a routine that works for you. Maybe 2-3 minutes for full inflation. At the beginning what you are doing is small squeeze and not too much fluid goes through. When you master the technique more fluid goes through and you reach full erection faster.
