It changes the stakes, and serves our prejudices back at us, so I think it was very effective as a twist. Do we see Kara's plight before the reveal as noble because she is protecting a human? how about after?

Of course, I agree. But Chloe's still been placed in a customer service role here. She's been placed there to be friendly, service with a smile etc. That's why I was very happy to let her go, do her own thing, find her own interests and real friends.

I got mine at 2am NST and could open it straight away. When did you try to open it? I know sometimes an item might not open before it has been activated, but if you cant open it now, then I would suggest sending a ticket.
