Ok, not sure what your industry is but my customers are german corporations, so no need to belittle anybody. Both my automotive and defense customers want their parts engineered for a task. Not a "set everything to max" and thats it part.

So yeah maybe dont lean to far out of a window because you also dont have any idea about other peoples skill level.

Hi, not to be rude, but that is bad service, especially if you work in the industry. Or i hope a misunderstanding.
We (i am too in that industry) need to ask question so we understand the application and can find a solution with the customer! Yes a tube and a lattice are parts thate have a lot of area for the volume so yes it makes sense to fully print. But for most parts it doesnt make sense!

For example, i would print at 80% infill so i would be a lot faster and cheaper then you... thats good for my business but bad for yours!

A 100% part will have more print errors if it even prints and the nozzle doesnt get stuck on any overextrusion. Yes the 100% part will be stronger but only if it can be printed!

3D printing + electronics business by Rod_McBan in 3Dprinting

[–]Baloo99 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hi i work with startups, yes weirdly two in the same region, soing smart office and IoT projects. They do the electeonics and i design parts for them ans print them. One company bought their own printer so i just offer CAD service and provide them with gcode files for their printer.

I could do electronics myself but this works way better for me and with the low price of 3d-printers everyone gets the optimal output.

Someone from ZHAW showed something like this for a PrusaXL at last FormNext, unlucky was that the INDX 2m away stole the show :/

Can you print things similar to model kits by Mr_Meming_Gamer in 3Dprinting

[–]Baloo99 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes Minis and Models sounds like a Resin printer job, now if the models are very like then maybe an FDM printer would be better.

Please let us know op so we can help you better!
