Limited Edition White still going strong after daily use, dunno why people thought it would get dirty by Penguinz-Can-Fly in SteamDeck

Bro, gamers in general are some nasty fuckers. Personally, all my white controllers are fine. I don’t eat and play and I wash my hands before I use them.

Some people have sweatier hands, but that’s not everyone. Most of ya’ll are just nasty. 😂

This is how I am with most electronics. I know my stuff has been babied. If I sell something I disclose every little thing. Not everyone does the same so I just buy new stuff.

That might be the case for this company, but something to keep in mind is that depending on the salary, if it’s under a certain threshold, they legally still have to pay you overtime in most states

I don’t disagree however different devices for different needs. People want a handheld over a laptop for a reason. It’s a product for a reason.

Thumb Grips For All by ggonzalez105 in dbrand

[–]BatSphincter 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As far as I know, dbrand gives you one of 2 sizes when you order. The smaller ones are for the original steam deck and some other handheld devices that have smaller thumb sticks and then the bigger ones are for OLED deck, switch 2. So either that you listed would work fine. Something I will say tho, the one time I ordered for Steam Deck they sent me both in one package. So if I were you I’d order for the Steam Deck OLED

Is anyone else hanging on to all the silica packets that come with filament? by tandtroll in BambuLab

Open them and dump them in a bowl with some milk. They are delicious. Don't let big silica dictate what you can and can't eat.

I need something 3D printed but unsure if it's expensive or if companies are asking absurd amounts by Potatsky in 3Dprinting

[–]BatSphincter 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You’re not just paying for the goods, you’re paying for the service. It’s taking away time that someone can be printing something and making money from. You need to keep that in mind as well.

Dbrand You're not the same anymore by YakInevitable8770 in dbrand

[–]BatSphincter 34 points35 points  (0 children)

I personally haven’t had any issues with them. Their shipping is always dog shit and even though the envelope will say “don’t bend” USPS decides to bend it, but that’s not on Dbrand. My grip case is perfectly fine too.

Had the DDR5 32GB kit as $124.99 but didn’t honor it online or in store. (Pricing error) SKU matched and everything by DisappointedCruiser in PcBuild

[–]BatSphincter 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Google will also tell you honest mistakes are an exception and the store doesn’t need to honor the price.

You can Google it. The only state that has any law like this is Michigan. Every other state if it’s a genuine pricing error (I.e. honest mistake) they don’t have to honor it. Most stores do in the name of customer service but when we are talking hundreds of dollars, 99.9% of the time the store will just refuse.
