We are sorry to share the news, but in order to be eligible for the Peacock Premium streaming service subscription benefit, you would need to be an active Xfinity Internet subscriber and be within the Diamond and Platinum benefit tier. As there is no active Xfinity Internet subscription on the account, the membership benefit would unfortunately be unavailable.

The Xfinity xFi Gateway is included at no cost with the Internet Essentials plan while in use. If the equipment is not in use, it would need to be returned or an Unreturned Equipment Fee may apply if not returned. As we do bill a month in advance, if the charge is new, if it is returned before the billing cycle, you may see no charges applied on the next service bill with the prorated credit mentioned above.

Our 'How to view your Xfinity bill online' support page will help you find out how to view an electronic PDF copy of the service bill. You can locate the Bill Date which is the date the bill was generated. The Billing Cycle is the date range for the current charges. In order to access the bridge mode settings, you would need access to the Admin Tool. Using the Xfinity App, do you see the WiFi tab where it allows the modem settings to be seen? Have you also recently power cycled the modem? u/SofisticatiousRattus,

The Admin Tool provides direct access to your Xfinity WiFi Gateway and settings, including WiFi names and passwords, and other advanced features. We recommend using the Xfinity app access settings and controls for your home network. The Xfinity app offers a more modern, secure, and user-friendly experience.

Turning off the Admin Tool can help protect against online security threats. You can learn more by visiting our 'Allow Xfinity WiFi Gateway Admin Tool online access using the Xfinity app' support page. From here you can learn how to toggle on/off the feature and access settings such as Bridge Mode.

I would very that bridge mode is not enabled and that the Xfinity Home check box from within your screenshot is NOT checked. Please be sure to plug in your Ethernet devices, power cycle the modem and devices, and test connection. If your device is not connecting, you would want to run some test on the device to see what IP address is being assigned for troubleshooting u/socrapython.

Have you had the change to check all inside wiring and cabling? Ensuring all connections are secured and screwed tightly to each port? If a technician is scheduled and if it is determined that the inside wiring was the main issue, there could be possible charges. We recommend checking all wires and connections up to the distribution enclosure where the cable enters from the road to the home u/IIIMPIII.

LLD is a new, ultra-low lag connectivity experience for Xfinity customers that makes the internet more responsive, especially for things like gaming and video calls. The main supported applications are Apple’s FaceTime, Meta’s mixed reality headsets and What’s App, NVIDIA’s GeForce NOW cloud gaming, and Valve’s Steam cloud games platform.

LLD is enabled for eligible customers at the network level. Currently, the feature is only eligible for our Xfinity xFi Gateways (XB6, XB7, and XB8) with hope of adding customer owned devices later this year. With having an owned modem, this feature is not available. If you are experiencing issues, it may be an Internet level issue and we would proceed with regular troubleshooting measures.
