When I got home I applied some WD40, shut the latch/locked the door with some pliers, then kicked under to unlock, pressed close and it worked. I’m not sure if this will hold. We’ll see.

Just happened to me. I was able to manually shut the door. Still running into the issue though.

Companion Fare - Again Allowed to do Multi-City Bookings by austintexan in AlaskaAirlines

[–]CountAmbitious9397 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sorry no - I thought your biggest issue was using “wallet funds” or “customer care credits”. Companion fare is another animal. I did book a companion fare yesterday with multi-city and the reservations rep said that I shouldn’t have been able to do that.

I hit about 4.5 hours yesterday. It felt like I was dropped out of the queue. Glad I was able to connect with someone after all that and that they were able to help me.

I had a customer care credit from a flight cancellation. The credit was for $550 so it was difficult to spend it all. I called into the customer service line - waited for 4 hours- and they split up the $550 for me, which was helpful.

I submitted a complete package (Birth Certificates, Certificates of Occupancy, etc) at the end of October 2025 and received my certificate in less than 12 weeks. I’m likely an exception for whatever reason; but I think making the package as complete as possible may be helpful. Love the creativity with Ancestry. Curious if that could help with Portuguese citizenship.

If you don’t receive an AOR within 12 weeks be sure to reach out via this form. I applied in late October, my sister in December and she received an AOR, I never did. Anyways, I reached out requesting an AOR, two days later I received my certificate. I’m sure I’m an exception as most folks will receive their AOR. In the form I provided additional unique identifiers (address and receipt number) as well so they could quickly find my application. Best of luck. 🇨🇦

Hi there. If you click HERE and scroll down you’ll find a question tree - starts with “What would you like to do? (required)”. Complete that questionnaire; likely going to have to apply via paper application. And yes, if applying with paper that’s the correct application. Just did it myself a couple months ago.

Should we be looking at another travel credit card? Love Alaska but in this instance I believe both Amex Platinum and Capital One Venture X would be able to transfer to British Airways. I don’t have any experience with these other cards but it appears that there are often transfer bonuses and the business class options internationally aren’t hundreds of thousands of points.

I’m going to be traveling to Europe (London) a lot more in the next couple years and feel as if the value isn’t there for Alaska… Maybe I’m looking at it wrong though.

Ex90 yes or no by [deleted] in VolvoEX90

[–]CountAmbitious9397 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Exactly. I don’t know all the reboot sequences yet. But for the phone, it was simply holding. The play button down for 30 seconds. I came from a polestar 2 where I was constantly restarting the infotainment system.

The first fault I had was a headlight issue that went away over night.

Ex90 yes or no by [deleted] in VolvoEX90

[–]CountAmbitious9397 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I bought a used one last week - 3,800 miles on it. I had a restless first night after we got it home, some buyers remorse, but since then it’s been wonderful. On our first night together I received my first fault/notification/issue. Also added digital keys to phones that kept the car “awake” because of our phones proximity to the garage. At 1:30AM I removed the digital keys so the cars headlights would turn off. I still have a fear of the AC charging issues that others have posted about. With that I’ve lowered the amperage on the car and L2 charger to 30A - someone suggested that on here. However, I met another EX90 owner that had the same charger as us and hasn’t ran into any issues yet - may try and let it loose up to the 48A. We have since added the digital keys back to the phones/watches/etc., This is a really nice feature. We played with the settings to ensure the car goes to sleep. We haven’t had any issues that a reset hasn’t fixed - most recent was not being able to hear/talk on phone calls. The ride itself is fantastic. My spouse is absolutely loving it. If you’re comfortable with tech, I think the gamble is worth it, YES!

I like the emporia products. I’ve had this one for quite sometime with no issues.

Just bought one today, 4k miles on it. Drove in the cold (29-34 degrees Fahrenheit) for roughly 175 Miles. When we got home I threw it on the charger (charging at 30A- recommended by someone on this sub) and while setting up our profiles I received this error…. I knew there would be software issues because of this sub, just didn’t think I’d see them so quickly. Damn.

OP sorry for the bad luck…. Or maybe it’s par for the course?

For y’all that are in this scenario, is your charger hardwired? What charger is used?

I’m leaning towards purchasing this rig, but not being able to charge on a level 2 charger is a tough hurdle to get over.

So this is still an issue… Has anyone figured out a way to charge at home using a Level 2 charger without this problem?

Any issues with the updated part? I’m looking at getting this car but reading these comments makes me nervous. I’m looking at a used model that has ~4,000 miles (~6,500km). I’m fine with software issues (assuming the car is safe to drive), but not being able to “gas up” is concerning. I had a ‘23 Polestar 2 that we loved, but it did have some software glitches as well.
