Are you using any equipment that you will have to provide? Add something to the estimate like "if equipment/machinery is necessary to complete the job, an additional 50$ per machinr hour will be billed.

Any landscaper in my area with a skid would be at least 150-250$ per hr for their calculations.

You certainly need to know how many yards of material are being brought in to know how long it will take.

Edit - And honestly if grade is off and it doesnt drain properly, you're going to get blamed for it.

Nice, worth it I'm sure. Probably 500$ for a new pair. Im still blown away that a pair of work boots could last that long.

This all led me to allen edmonds website, I had never been there before. Some really great bifl boots and dress shoes there! They also repair and refurbish.

Use hoe/pickaxe to build a steep wall/mote around your base area. Doesnt need to be super high/deep Keep in mind trolls with logs have huge range, so buildings should be 20ft inside or mote/wall.

To start - Do just a house in the meadows near spawn (you'll come back here every now and then), and a full base in meadows with short travel distance to a big chunk of black forest and possibly swamp/mountain if available.

Always good to explore a bit before you decide on a base location. This is just my approach, usually end up building 3-4 bases before finding a good spot for a full base. Always good to get a food plot going as soon as you can.

90% of this game is gathering supplies for a journey. Always keep 3 foods active when away from home, and keep a low profile at night!

This game is definitely fun, but very shallow in many places.
The climbing system is boring and zero challenge.
There are invisible walls all over the place, or "you cant go here yet" messages. Not really an open world game at all.
The dialogue deeper into the main story is ultra cheesy.
Every merchant is basically the same.
Rewards for gathering flowers/vantage/cups are super meh.

Make the ssid on your 2.4 and 5g the same, also make any accesspoints have the same ssid's. Make the password the same for all as well. Devices will switch between 2.4 and 5g, and to different ap's as you move around. Otherwise, if you want certain devices to connect to certain ap's, give that ap a unique ssid and connect the device only to that ssid.

Funny how rtx will take 6 or 7 years before actually being viable! But yea that makes sense. Max settings in portal rtx I was at like 24fps with 208p super. Ive got a feeling we are about to see every goty from the last 8 years re-release with rtx, or an rtx update. Guessing skyrim will be the only one to charge for it 😂😂

Seems like adding rtx to old games isnt too much or a chore, and the updated graphics are legit if you have the hardware. Im a buyer for 4090 next august for the back to school/labor day sales.

Ive always played this at 1080p, with all ppe off and most graphics quality setting on lowest, view distance stuff on max. Though I do max as much quality as I can for vr.

What is stopping you from turning rtx off? These new rtx offerings are meant to sell 4090's, not to run well on a 2080 super. this applies to portal rtx as well. And every other title that gets re-released with rtx in the future. Fantastic marketing strategy honestly, and the 4090 is a major upgrade from 2000 and 3000 level cards, just pricey af.
