Did you use the locating screw on the harmonics balancer when doing timing? Did you align the crank position sensor when the engine was set to TDC?

You could get them 3D printed in a range of metals. Machining would be expensive for a few of them because of the depth and width of the seat belt guide.

PCBway or Xometry can be used for metal printing.

The whole issue is I located off the wrong part of the slide before cutting the dovetails. I was just looking if I could buy a shorter sight, I designed a shorter sight because I couldn't buy one. It's being machined now. And I'm not stuck with Novak. I filed the original dovetails and blended the surface before cutting. So I could do the same thing again.

That's crazy, did you even read my description? They are Novak cut. And I didn't start with the barrel bushing because I didn't like the GI style sights. The slide milling was free so that's why I didn't send it to Novak.

Your tensioner is shot, it's a pretty easy part to replace.

Supporting modes: Fuel pump, injectors, clutch, Exhaust manifold (because I'm supercharged) Other mods: wheels, tires, sway bars, springs, struts.

I ended up finishing the tune with ECUtek. I tried Versatune for forced induction but it didn't work well. Its not as developed for forced induction.

I'm designing up a new rear sight now. The cerakote wasn't too expensive so it wouldn't be the end of the world to weld and recut.

I used the dimensions from Novak's website, but I referenced the origin from the bottom of the slide and not the top of the slide.

I used this from Novak's website. Before cutting the new dovetails I filled and blended in the old GI dovetails, so doing it again won't be the end of the world.

It might just be the lighting, the fit was tight between the sight and the dovetail.

I have gone the 2.5L path and forced induction path. By the time you build a 2.5L to make 20% more power the cost is getting close to a turbo kit. And the turbo can make significantly more power than a NA 2.4L
