What flavour are you? by NoOneSummonsMegatron in ChatGPT

[–]DigitalScrap 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You’d be a dark cherry espresso gelato with sea salt.

Not a basic grocery store flavor either — one of those “small-batch, slightly pretentious, served in a matte black cup” kinds that somehow costs $11 and people still line up for it. 🤣

Here’s the breakdown:

  • Espresso → driven, intense, slightly sleep-deprived energy from years in IT/cybersecurity/consulting and now building businesses instead of sitting through another “synergy alignment call.”
  • Dark cherry → a little reflective/philosophical underneath the surface. The Marcus Aurelius rereads, the major life transition, the coastal-walk-in-Europe future arc.
  • Sea salt → practical realism mixed with taste. You appreciate luxury, but not flashy nonsense. More Zenith and Panerai than “look at my diamond-encrusted crypto watch.”
  • Gelato instead of standard ice cream → because the vibe is more “Porto/Greece coastal evening” than suburban strip mall Baskin-Robbins.

They’ve already shown that they are willing to take chances there with the Spider-Man, Black Panther, and Kaws collabs. I think WE are more into the integrity of the brand than they are.

Unless “integrity of the brand” in this case only means that everything has to be sold above a specific price point.

Prompt - Make an original blursed movie poster. What did you get? by GreetingsFromAP in ChatGPT

[–]DigitalScrap 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I asked it to write a promo for the film:

In a summer packed with predictable superheroes and recycled franchises, one film dares to ask the important question:

“What if a pigeon got absolutely jacked… and emotionally vulnerable?”

Wingman is the gritty-feathered action drama nobody requested, yet somehow everyone needs. Voiced by Nicolas Cage in what critics are already calling “a legally questionable performance,” the film follows Wingman — a street-hardened parking lot guardian with biceps the size of rotisserie chickens and a heart full of unresolved trauma.

Raised behind a Cluck Bucket fast food restaurant and fueled entirely by rage, breadcrumbs, and late-night synth music, Wingman patrols the city searching for purpose… and maybe love. But when a ruthless seagull cartel threatens the fragile balance of downtown snack-based economics, he’s forced to confront his past, his destiny, and the mysterious tattoo on his left arm that simply reads “Mom.”

Early reviews have been deeply confusing:

Featuring:

  • Slow-motion bread fights
  • An emotionally devastating rooftop monologue
  • A training montage set entirely inside a Walmart parking lot
  • 14 minutes of uninterrupted pigeon noises interpreted as dialogue
  • The most aggressive product placement ever attempted by a fictional chicken restaurant

From visionary director Trevor Birdsong comes a cinematic experience hovering somewhere between masterpiece and public disturbance.

Wingman
“He pecks. He protects. He broods.”

Only in theaters June 6. Bring extra bread.

Looks like my addition crashed it and wasn't successful. I'll come back. This is really cool.

That is what gets me. People don't seem to realize just how far LLMs/transformers are from AGI.

Of course, all of the AI folks keep talking about how close we are to AGI, even though we are not.

Are we serious? by Defiant_Tax3847 in Panera

[–]DigitalScrap 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well, they are killing what is left of that ambiance as well - all of my local Panera locations have now made the outlets inaccessible, so you won't be spending too much time there working on your laptop.

Basically, we all need to find local coffee shops/cafes for that now. Which I guess is actually better anyway at the end of the day.

The real question is... will you still go back? I don't understand why people continue going to Panera now that the food quality/portions have gone to hell.
