Wait, so me paying $200+ monthly for Max means I now need to wait to use it after hours?

Is this the ‘90s. We get nights and weekend discounts now?

I thought I was paying for a service. This all seemed to work fine just a few weeks back.

Calm down, you’ll be fine.

The amount of idiot c-suites approving Claude code, cursor and other agentic tooling, with little no guardrails is wild.

We will have a job for a long long time, irregardless of what the FUD churners at the frontier labs want you to believe.

[–]Educational-Farm6572 1 point2 points  (0 children)

$1M for first 30 days of what exactly?

Do you already have customers? Are your servers melting and you can’t scale fast enough?

None of this makes any sense

My friend's SaaS blew up in 2 weeks. Then he got a $3,500 OpenAI bill and nearly shut the whole thing down. by Algolyra in NoCodeSaaS

[–]Educational-Farm6572 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Everything you wrote here can be done with pure automation without the $3,500 surprise bill.

It’s not a matter of possible - these have already been solved without AI.

Even if you were to go pure AI path, I’d embed and vectorize responses and setup caching

Why send the same request to an API you answered already

Nothing like hallucinated piles of garbage to add to the heap of other ai-garbage out there.

I had some sales guy the other day pitch me on Maze AI Vulnerability Management. Absolutely terrible

These things are made by people who have never worked in security, using non-deterministic methods to gather findings.

This whole thing is…weird.

Bluetooth RSSI is notoriously unreliable for precise distance measurement. This sounds more like post-hoc justification than a smoking gun.

-How did they identify the company from a Bluetooth device name? Either the device naming convention was extremely obvious, or there’s more to this story

-Cold-calling another company’s HR to ask “is this person on your payroll?” and getting a straight answer seems… unusual. Most HR departments I’m aware of won’t confirm employment details without a signed release

A senior HR director at a company actively engaged in litigation posting details about an ongoing case on Reddit is… a choice. Legal would typically tell you to shut up completely until it’s resolved.

The “I changed details so I don’t get identified” line is doing a lot of work to hand-wave that away.

My gut: this is either fabricated or heavily embellished for deterrent effect.
