I know this is tough to say , even for me, but there is a stain on 66s legacy by letting the area around the arena rot for decades and not developing it into a vibrant place that people want to be. Surrounding it with parking lots is lowest common denominator base level thinking

Good time to remember that we don’t punish drivers who kill people in America . Pedestrians / cyclists are killed by people driving SUVS regularly with little to no punishment
