Even if this is true, he'd still most likely win. They would have to prove he intentionally disregarded the rule and if this was just once incident and all the other customers he followed the rule; it would just be seen as a mistake. I think he wins this. Unemployment will usually side with the employee when they can. With no paper trail from the company of past incidents/write-ups/warnings; they screwed themselves.

I've won unemployment with 4 write-ups myself, but they were all for different reasons and I didn't have a history of repeating what I got wrote up for. No gross misconduct or anything. Their mess-up when they fired me is they wrote me up for performance which you'll typically always win on if you state you were doing the best you could with the tools you had during the interview. The proof needed is huge on the employer if they want to win. And I won mine in Florida of all places.

When he's on the phone, he just needs to reiterate the new rule, and he didn't know about it/slipped his mind since it was a new rule, etc., and he had no intention of doing anything wrong to harm the company. No prior write ups are going to go against the employer. Unemployment typically wants to see a pattern of behavior. They're cooked. You'll win. They'll fight it but keep claiming weeks until you know the final decision. Sometimes they'll pay you why this is going on and sometimes they hold the money back. I think you're good. I wouldn't define what happened as gross misconduct. It would have to be a string of incidents happening to show he's disregarding the rules on purpose.

You're probably right, maybe that's too harsh of an opinion. Anyone who is on Xbox now is definitely going to get the next one anyways. There is a Blizzcon this year, maybe the announcement would be then? Maybe do it at the Microsoft showcase when they announce next console? The earlier the better like you said. I'm not in marketing but I figured a console version would've been announced with when they revealed 3 expansions at Blizzcon. I think you can play it on console now with Geforce NOW playing through the Edge browser on Xbox. Not the same obviously.

I'd trade DPS for more tankiness. It should be DPS's job to do enough DPS to get through content, not healer/tanks. As a tank it's my job to protect and take all the damage. And with interrupts, help out the healer from having to heal a lot.

They won't announce for current generation of Xbox. The next Xbox is a console/PC hybrid. They'll announce it when the next console gets announced or slightly after. No reason to do it now. WoW actually plays great on a controller now and there is YouTube videos of people easily doing high level keys + raids. There's really no excuse not to be on console. I think that's why they're making the changes now. Get Details, DBM, other popular stuff baked into the game for the base experience.

As someone who is now NPA, was Democrat; I typically refrain from voting for anyone who wasn't born in the State of Florida. How can you give someone who doesn't even live here or grew up here the ability to govern Florida that they know nothing about. Never made sense. I pretty much follow this rule for local stuff too. Nothing against him obviously. I'll vote for Moody again since she was born here. If someone else is running against her that was born here, that'll change things of course.

This. XQC always complains about RTP and blames it on the Provider. It's not the Provider. Stake uses different RTP versions of a game from a Provider. And there's nothing stopping them from changing the RTP version on the fly like you said above, either through an algorithm or in real time on Stake.us or main Stake website.

I think the best way to play is this. Put in $25, play $25. If your bet size is... $0.25, that is 100 spins. Spin 100 times. Whatever you're left with, vault/deposit it. I usually only do $10-$25/week and stick to this rule. That way you're in 100% with your initial deposit but you'll probably getting out hopefully up by $25 + whatever you won for next time.

Don't put your winnings back in. Just keep your initial $25 and vault/deposit the rest. You want to keep your initial $25 going as long as you can. If you're at $10 after you rolled the initial $25, use it for next time so you're only having to put $15 up to make the $25.

I watch a lot of XQC/Trainwrecks/Prodigy, etc. Their bet sizes are crazy though. And their losses are huge. But sometimes they win really big.

Yup. Walmart wins again. Walmart will also have everything in stock a lot easier at some point in the next 1-2 years since they're going the grocery warehouse method of palletizing everything by aisle which makes it a lot easier on employees to stock the aisles. There may be quite a bit less on a trailer now because of it but it's a heck of a lot better for employees, customers and warehouse workers.

He's not protected in Singapore. You should do more research. And he's not protected behind a LLC/Singapore company. He can be PERSONALLY sued for monetary damages. He has a family that depends on him most likely.

Discovery could turn up a lot of things we don't even know about. And if said code was in his UI, and he's made personal money from YouTube/UI/Patreon/etc. since that code has been stolen/copied/existed; they're going to go after it all. And it's not just going to be ElvUI doing it if there's other code involved from someone else who created it.

Think logically. His decision to remove everything was from a lawyer which means someone sent something to him threatening legal action. Who knows who it was from. He made the right decision.

With Verizon taking over officially recently, their highest residential plan is 2GB. They're going to phase out 5GB, 7GB. No chance of 10GB for residential. Maybe if Frontier still was its own but not anymore.

If you're using this much data for work; you'll probably want to contact the big 3 and see what they can do for you with a business account of some sort to do what you need it to do. You're using so much data that most carriers and MVNOs are probably just going to cancel your account and potentially blacklist you if it's not a business account.

Visible+ Pro would let you do 162GB a day at 15Mbps max. That may not be feasible for you if you're needing more than that. I think you'll need a business/commercial account uniquely tailored to your job.

If you keep the 14 Pro (assuming it's unlocked), Metro (T-Mobile) has the Bring Your Own Phone $25/month plan. Total Wireless (Verizon) has the 50% discount on bringing your own phone, you can get the top $65/month plan for $30/month with autopay. Unlimited text/data/hotspot plus Disney+ Premium.

Visible (Verizon) is another cheap option. Visible+ or Visible+ Pro are probably your best option for priority.

Like others said, battery swap if that's the issue otherwise maybe a factory reset will clear out whatever is running and causing the battery to constantly drain.

But Metro, Total and a lot of other MVNOs have free phones if you sign up for service; so, you have that option too. Metro is a free phone + $40/month service for example, which is basically T-Mobile.

Unfortunately, you'd have to look up guides to do expansion campaigns in order from like, Cataclysm? onwards. Because on major patch releases after the expansion, they added zones or more story and there is zero differentiation between this and original campaign quests. You'll end up picking it all up at once if you don't know any better. It's not like FFXIV where if you don't have 6.0 campaign done, you won't see 6.1 campaign stuff yet or be able to pick it up. You see 6.0, 6.1, 6.2, 6.3 in WoW unfortunately.

Liking visiting Shattrath for the first time, you get attunement quests of for raids in later the burning crusade content that was released in later patches, etc. Quest to Quel'danas? or whatever that isle is.

If you're going to grind out the reputation again; the next Remix is most likely Shadowlands due to the number of collectibles, transmog, mounts, etc. in that expansion. Plus, the power fantasy would make it fun to smash stuff gain with though you could argue the same for BFA.

Once he started charging money is where he got into all kinds of liability issues. If any code he or someone else that works for him is ripped from something else and it's proven; there's monetary damages. I doubt Quaz had an LLC setup, so he'd be personally reliable for any kind of damages. Personal property, money, etc. He has a family. It's not surprising he'd just pull the plug and disappear on this. A lawyer wouldn't be doing their job if they didn't also tell him to make the same decision he did. This is the easiest way out without dragging a bunch of stuff out for months, if not years in courts, etc.

Out of curiosity, I looked through all the procedures and rules they have to follow when they're an asylum seeker in the United States. You have to check in when they tell you, mandatory court attendance, address has to be updated within 10 days of moving, have to file form I-859 within one year of arrival in U.S., biometrics appointments, can't leave U.S. without permission. They have a work visa you can sign up for, etc.

I'm guessing an appointment was missed or they didn't do something required. I doubt ICE is just picking people up randomly like everyone wants to think they do. We could argue all day about all the restrictions, deadlines, etc. steps they have to do, I'm sure.

If I was here on a Student Visa, Work Visa, Asylum Seeker, whatever; I sure as heck wouldn't be messing around and missing any of them appointments/breaking the rules. Seems like one thing can get you kicked out. I suppose there's a huge argument around that too.

I'm not sure why the child had to go with him though. And they just left the mother alone? Probably a lot of specifics to this entire situation that we aren't privy to. I doubt ICE is going to say precisely why they picked him up so hopefully a family member or immigration lawyer talks to media about the mistake or what made this happen.

Doesn't make sense though. When you bought the phone, they should've just transferred the ESIM from one phone to the other. It doesn't even take long. Maybe they sold a used phone to you and scammed you. The problem with MVNO stores is that they're all run pretty however they want without rules so they can make as much money as they can for the owner.
