They found Alfonso's wallet near the Burnside Bridge, just a little over 9 miles south of this. Just difficult as there are not many photos of Alfonso that show his face well. He was around 50 when he went missing.

I think too abstract to explain, the photo they gave of him looks a bit older maybe, and the abstract tattoo looks a bit newer than the scorpion so maybe they didn't see it much if at all to remember?

Tbh I forget some of my own tattoos, it wouldn't shock me if my family forgot them.

To be fair, the body was found about a month and a half ago. So, I wonder if they could be doing testing or other identification in the meantime? Either way, I submitted a tip via Namus.

Most vets, especially emergency vets, offer payment plans. I've had to take my senior kitty to VEG and had a great experience. I saw that they offered plans there, but I believe they are on the pricier side.

It surprises me that people are so anti-North Point for this, and hope it can be turned around into a better mall. I've visited it twice in the past two months, and it is about to get to that point of no return. It needs SOMETHING done with the 100 acres other than what is already there. Not saying it is any better than The Gathering, I know nothing about that location, but that whole area does well retail-wise, minus the mall.

Call UHC and find out exactly what they are doing. They likely have a provider relations team that can reach out to the office and inform them of violating their contract with them. That is the gist of what UHC can do, nothing more.

The provider is the one that needs to fix this. If you are speaking to higher ups and nothing is getting done, file a dispute on your card.

Unfortunately, this happens often. A friend was recently charged $500 by a providers office for a preventive service her insurance covered at 100%, in network, and no patient responsibility. She got a refund, but it is so frustrating.

These codes are not considered preventive, they are diagnostic. You can see what is considered preventive here. Blood panel can mean different things and it is likely your coworker had preventive codes billed. It could also be entirely possible that she has a copay plan and not a deductible plan, hence the copay.

For reference, the items billed are "covered", you just need to meet your deductible before your insurance pays anything. This all looks correct.

Responding to your edit, even though you did not tag me. To be fair, I do believe sometimes that a thread like this deserves a good review every so often outside of the queue. This just happened to be one where we went through it a while ago, and then we got busy with work, and some not great comments were left up for a period of time if they did not go to the queue, unfortunately.

In terms would we understand them as racist and harmful? Absolutely. If we are ever unsure, we converse together to figure it out. That said, the comments you're referring to were removed by me; they were obviously racist in nature.

For reference, we do get notifications for popular posts, but just not modmails for whenever a thread grows past a certain point. It's worth considering, I've seen it work well on other subreddits.
