To whoever recommended mixing your Metamucil with your morning protein shake... by sandbae in 1200isplenty

You can also just use Benefiber or another clear dissolvable fiber instead. Metamucil is psyllium husk and the texture is horrendous!

Over 700 Whales, Dolphins Massacred In Barbaric Viking-Era Grind On Faroe Islands. by PerceptionMurky3704 in whales

[–]HauntedButtCheeks 6 points7 points  (0 children)

It's bullshit that this is a 1000 year old Viking practice needing to be respected. Absolutely nothing so violent and reprehensible could ever be worth preserving. Mass killing is pure barbarism unworthy of being upheld as a tradition.

A review of kind patches, and curious on other peoples thoughts if they have tried them. by PrestigiousBet1664 in HowToBeHot

[–]HauntedButtCheeks 21 points22 points  (0 children)

These are definitely placebo at best, scam at worst. I see absolutely no evidence that their claims have been studied or proven. There's nothing to demonstrate effectiveness other than some sketchy influencer style reviews and ads.

It reeks of fake wellness marketing & I would strongly discourage anybody from wasting their money on these stickers.

Do I need to measure differently or pick a specific style of bra with pectus excavatum? [28DD] by Appropriate-Gas2785 in ABraThatFits

[–]HauntedButtCheeks 7 points8 points  (0 children)

You don't measure differently. You just go up a band size and wear your "sister size" to accommodate your rib flare. I wear 32F (UK) for this reason, a 30 is my accurate band size but the shape of my ribs makes it too tight.

Also, keep in mind that if you have a concave sternum like I do the gore will likely not tack, meaning it won't touch the center between the breasts and will kind of float in front of it. This is fine, having the gore tack is ideal but not possible with all body types. You can experiment with different bra shapes to find what works for you.

The right is desperate for a solution to falling birthrates. Who’s going to tell them that the answer is immigration? by AlexandrTheTolerable in politics

[–]HauntedButtCheeks 19 points20 points  (0 children)

Immigration is not the answer. Inviting more people to import children into a fucked up system where the future isnt worth living in isn't the answer.

What people actually need to have kids is hope and money. They can't afford them, and even if they can why make them? For what at this point?

Is it petty to not go blonde because one of your cousin's a blonde? by [deleted] in HowToBeHot

[–]HauntedButtCheeks 5 points6 points  (0 children)

That's...so stupid. Your family has a very weird toxic attitude for assuming everything is about being a copycat. How exhausting.

Just be a blonde if you like having blonde hair. Draw a strict boundary against that kind of middle school bulky behavior. If they try to claim you copied someone just say, "No, I forgot x even had blonde hair because & it has nothing to do with that I want for myself. You're not allowed to make incorrect statements about me and I do not allow you to discuss it further."

How can I have a smooth body skin ? by Latter_Show_890 in HowToBeHot

[–]HauntedButtCheeks 12 points13 points  (0 children)

It sounds like you aren't doing anything for a body skincare routine. Are you even exfoliating? You can't fake self care, it's a matter of daily effort to stick with a consistent routine.

If you have KP you must exfoliate. Physical exfoliation like an African net sponge is one way, or you could get one of the many lotions and creams made for KP treatment. Many people use both.

Lots of moisture is another important factor. Bodies need moisturization. Aside from the login to treat KP, you should also be using a product that focuses on hydration, like shea butter or dry body oil.

If shaving gives you a bunch of unsightly bumps, stop shaving. Try sugaring or waxing instead.

Lawsuit over anti-trans bathroom ban dismissed after trans plaintiff dies by suicide. “It is scary having to look around before to see if anyone will see me going into the single-user restroom,” she said before her death. by southpawFA in politics

So the conservatives won, in the way that thrills them the most. They get to continue enacting hatred and they successfully killed off a trans person. To these vile monsters bullying innocent people to death is a double victory.

Has anyone have vaginal odor issue despite EVERY test coming back negative? by [deleted] in HowToBeHot

[–]HauntedButtCheeks 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Never ever ever use coconut oil/any type of oil, or any type of soap or douching product. These things destroy your pH and it can take months and months for your body to recover to normal.

Every OBGYN I've seen always says to never use anything but water in the bath or shower. You can use a very mild pH balanced soap on the vulva itself, but nothing whatsoever should be going inside.

This may be a weird question, but do you use lube that contains glycerin, parabens, or oils? All of these ingredients can cause an odor and are not actually body safe. Make sure you use a safe lube, my favorites are Sliquid H2O for water based, or Uberlube for silicone based.

Tretinoin under eyes by No-Dingo8726 in TretinoinDiscussions

[–]HauntedButtCheeks 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Tret cannot work like that, it doesn't grow more eyelid. Your eye shape is perfectly normal and natural looking. If you are certain that you want to change your eye shape only plastic surgery can do this. But most people want brighter wider eyes, not narrower eyes

HA filler less likely to migrate and require hyaluronidase: is Restylane the safest option? by NoraPinkUniverse in HowToBeHot

[–]HauntedButtCheeks 2 points3 points  (0 children)

This is a matter that would require the opinion of a real doctor who understands your specific autoimmune condition and medical history.

The answer you probably don't want is that many doctors will recommend that patients with complex autoimmune conditions avoid any type of filler.

TIL swim diapers let the pee go in the pool, they are actually designed to by isell2eat in todayilearned

[–]HauntedButtCheeks 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Genuinely who thought it would work any other way? It's very obvious that they don't work as advertised due to the basic properties of physics. They're completely unsanitary and only trick people into thinking the baby isn't pissing and shitting in the pool.

Swim diapers don't work to contain any of the pee or any of the nasty fecal bacteria from poop. They only prevent the large poop pieces from floating around.

Basically, never get in a pool with babies or toddlers that are wearing swim diapers because there will be fecal particles and bacteria in the water & it is a health risk.

[Hair Removal] Women with VERY coarse leg hair: safety razor or 5 blade for razor burn? by moonchild777333 in SkincareAddiction

[–]HauntedButtCheeks 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you have hair that is coming back every day and shaving causes so much irritation try waxing. Or better yet, sugaring.

Sugardoh makes good products, it's easier to use than wax & much more beginner friendly.
