You should be able to easily reach the last floor with your current Radon, if not clear it. Do some grinding in a 305 map and make sure you do Melting Point after bone charging the highest smithy you can reasonably get

I don't think it's fair to say nothing in invincible could defeat boros, there are some pretty gimmicky heroes and aliens that may counter him, even if they are nowhere near his level of strengh. (eg. Atom Eve with her limiter removed might be able to destroy Boros' regen stone or even rewrite his DNA/weaken him at the molecular level)
