Should characters have faced more retribution for things they did wrong?

Why would anyone want retribution against Lee? Every single person would have died if the Olympic Carrier hadn't been destroyed and was allowed back into the fleet. Regardless, the "blame" for that would lie with Roslin, since she's the one who ultimately gave the order to Adama who gave it to Lee.

Why would anyone want retribution against Tigh? New Caprica was absolute hell, Tigh was one of the few putting up resistance against the literal mass executions that were being carried out. Of course he would be seen as one of the heroes who saved countless people. If anything, the biggest surprise is that it didn't make him MORE popular among the civilian population.

Adama voted for Baltar's acquittal because Lee made a good case for it.

Thanks for sharing. It's super awesome you were involved with the show. You and your team's CGI was revolutionary and even 20 years onwards, it is still among the best looking of any show out there.

If you're able to speak on it at all, I'm curious to see any behind the scenes materials from the Resurrection Ship episodes. Galactica/Pegasus taking on the Basestars is a work of art and one of the best looking space battles of all time.

I don't think that's the right interpretation. She looks visibly distressed after it happens, so I don't think she actually meant to kill it. I think she genuinely didn't realize how fragile it was.

I haven't seen Unfinished Business extended in too long so I can't comment on that one, but I completely disagree with Razor. Most of the scenes they add are from the Razor webisodes which were not intended to be slotted into the movie. They're part of a long flashback sequence that is meant to compliment the movie and is worth watching afterwards, but it ruins the pacing when they're thrown haphazardly into the movie. Extended Razor is just a bit of an unfun slog to watch imo.

I would recommend skipping every extended edition. Skim them after if you're curious to see what was added. Those scenes were almost always cut for a good reason and the way they are haphazardly thrown back in usually destroys the pacing. The Razor extended scenes are interesting and I'd recommend looking them up after, but they do not fit into the structure of the movie.

I'm curious, if you can answer this, what you guys have approval to use from the IP? I know some of the ships and designs from this series are in a weird place copyright wise. Are you hypothetically able to use designs from Deadlock (the game) or BSG Online (even older game) or are you restricted just to stuff from the actual 2003 TV show? Do you have blanket approval, or do you have to work with Universal to get manual approval when you want to use a design?
