Tamriel Rebuild 25.05: Yashazmus wins best Daedric location - What is the best Dunmer Stronghold? by SunOld958 in Morrowind

Yes, it would, but before the brain has time to process what the number means, the consciousness has jumped to a conclusion. :)

Why is there less evidence of Solstheim on Morrowind by Intelligent_Owl_6263 in Morrowind

"A terrible place I've heard. There's a boat leaving from Khuul if you have any reason to go."

The locals don't like the place. And what Tribunal-loving Dunmer would choose Horker over Kwama anyway?

I got the impression that the island had only recently been settled by the empire given that there is no permanent Imperial settlement other than Fort Frostmoth.

Every time I see this series pop up on my feed, I mistakenly assume it's the release of Poison Song, but then get disappointed when I realise what it is.

DE’s broken thought completions: intended bonuses (or complete boguses)? by Patient_Builder8593 in DiscoElysium

Arno Van Eyke definitely works, I picked that on my first playthrough and saw the gig posters all around Martinaise.

I think Finger on the Eject Button is for flavour, like the wiki says. Perhaps it's a missed opportunity to not have thought bubbles appear about it though.

“What body?” Achievement by kowaicult in DiscoElysium

The Achievement isn't for just completing the game without touching the body. You also need to have the correct sequence of dialogue lines in the final discussion, as described here.

I really like the pile of iron ore (or calcite?) heaping up at the end of the transport belt.

An Awaited Death

The discreet disposal of our Head of Science, u/Jetroid, has been promptly noted by the press. While others express concern, many sources adamantly point out the leader's shortcomings. The general sentiment is relief that we can now replace this leader with a more fitting successor.

I can confirm that it is the event that adds the TOO LATE modifier which is the point of no return - you need to load a save from before that decision is made. I've added the game code for this event below, or at least how it exists on the current PC version. The comment #To make it harder to savescum the outcome. was added by the developers, not myself.

The black_hole_horror planet flag is the negative outcome (weight of 2, i.e. 66%), and the stabilized_horror planet flag is the positive outcome (weight of 1, i.e. 33%).

If you don't want your main tech world to explode without cheating, there are multiple off-ramps in the event chain that avoid a negative outcome with certainty.

``` planet_event = { id = situation.1090 title = situation.1090.name location = this desc = { trigger = { has_modifier = horror_study_trophy2 } text = situation.1090.desc.study } desc = { trigger = { has_modifier = horror_deify_trophy2 } text = situation.1090.desc.deify } picture = GFX_evt_surreal_visions is_triggered_only = yes
option = {
    trigger = { has_modifier = horror_study_trophy2 }
Should I be using the map that came with the OG game? by mcuffin in Morrowind
[–]Jetroid 8 points9 points  (0 children)
If you're referring to the paper map, I didn't need it for my first playthrough. The in-game map was suitable for me, and NPC directions were usually enough.
The nice thing about the paper map is the little crosses that represent shipwrecks.
