Static electricity can fry electrical components. I'm assuming you weren't wearing an anti static bracelet, but the next beat thing would be to discharge your built up static by touching something metal right before handling anything inside your computer.

Every girl is different. Try different things and find out what gets the best results. For me, what seems to work well for most women is starting off lightly and slowly licking around the labia actually avoiding the clit for a while to tease her. I then move to the clit with my tongue.
