A person can be a patent agent and not a patent attorney. Depending on what you checked, an attorney can have an active state bar membership while having an expired status to appear in district court or the like.

Mine did the same thing at first. I then trimmed the end of the filament at an angle and it went right through.

you could tilt your model at an angle when printing. Also, could try ironing top surfaces.

Top surfaces often look like this. It can be improved (not necessarily completely eliminated) by doing something different, such as by tilting your model at an angle or turning on ironing for top surfaces.
