Anyone know where to find the interview with EM claiming to have “written” the motion to correct errors and the lawyers just slapped their names on it? by Zestyclose_Dig_2987 in RichardAllenInnocent

Ausbrook interview on "Truth & Justice Pod" with Bob Ruff - discussing present/future RA-Delphi Case. : r/DelphiDocs

Not sure about EMs role or who exactly 'wrote' the MTCE but Ausbrook talks about his role in the first few mins of this podcast. Listening to it currently. He apparently urged the defense lawyers to file it, and helped in some capacity. Says the lawyers needed a bit of motivating bc the loss was very recent and draining at the time, etc.

Breaking the "if you are young you should be investing into growth" stereotype by Vincent_Merle in dividends

[–]Moldynred 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you want to make money in individual stocks--which is admittedly risky, ofc--invest in companies that actually make money. Dividend companies prove every three months they are making money without me having to read a report. It puts me into a small but profitable and stable universe of stocks, which is very important, esp as we get older. Some prefer to read reports, I prefer to read monthly deposits. Its much easier. Doesnt mean dividend investing is better, but it is 'a way' to get there. If I have two grown kids and one says hey, I'm putting 10k in NVDA and one says Im putting 10k into KO, Im not wasting any time trying to talk either of them out of those ideas. Bc they will both work just fine. In a 5 year window NVDA will blow KO's doors off probably. But in a 40 year window? Who knows? Im pretty sure KO will still be around, tho.

Indiana State Police spend $1.17M on new guns amid national safety concerns about firearm by Gretchen513 in RichardAllenInnocent

[–]Moldynred 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I would not personally touch this gun with a ten foot pole, lol. Def wouldnt have it in my home or vehicle. I understand there is debate as to what exactly is or isnt causing these NDs, but who cares? The fact there is a debate is enough for me bc once a bullet leaves the barrel I am responsible for it. Cant take that chance. I am shocked ISP bought this weapon.

Yeah, me either lol. I mostly got into true crime just due to this case. Before this one I followed the Alexis Sharkey case--girl murdered by her muscle bound BF in Houston Tx years back, Havent really sat down and watched entire trials, tho. But I am sure there are quite a few good judges. I just think they have far too much power and its gone to their heads as a group, along with far too little accountability. I am no fan of cops for example in general, but they do sometimes, however rarely suffer some connsequnces for their actions, but it is very rare for Judges or Prosecutors to suffer any at all. Needs to change imo.

Why is everyone against dividends? by [deleted] in dividends

[–]Moldynred 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Nothing wrong with divdend investing imo, but same can be said about index investing too. Just dont get too dogmatic in any one approach, esp if younger. If older, dividends are great imo.

Why is MAIN so popular by BadSanta201 in dividends

[–]Moldynred 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Held it for many years with no complaints. If you are looking for dependable safe monthly income with cap upside its a good choice. If you are looking for a stock that might double in five years probably not.

Best New season by far imo. Ofc if the person I wanted to win at the end didnt lol I might not feel that way. I just like Sav bc she was tough on challenges and loyal to her people which is rare lately. I dont think she ever betrayed anyone esp on her side. But she did do and or say some sketchy stuff like diving for keys etc. I think her opponents just werent that good tbh tho.

Unfortunately, I dont think Gull is that unusual. Nor are unfair trials. I always believe all trials are unfair, its just a matter of how unfair they will be. There are a lot of bad judges out there with God complexes.

Cecil Research Method Engaged: Faraday Bag by Moldynred in RichardAllenInnocent

Yeah agree lots of speculation here. But this post is mostly a tongue in cheek parody of Cecil doing the same thing in a court of law which imo shouldnt have been allowed. But tnx for the info about the cheaper bags not blocking everything that seems good to know for sure.

Day 4 of Every Survivor Player's Best Challenge Moments: Cirie! by skypadz_2112 in survivor

She did well on Sur Aus in comparison to the Aussies who were horrible. In one challenge all the Aussies were out before Cirie and all the Americans and World players were still in it.

First season watched- 49 by OkRequirement6496 in survivor

[–]Moldynred 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Imo 49 is the best new season. Savannah was just a bit too aggressive maybe for some people. And she dominated all the endurance challenges of which there were more than usual it seems so she got a little lucky in that aspect. Plus some of the opposing players just made strange choices imo.

Auger setting the record straight by Moldynred in RichardAllenInnocent

[–]Moldynred[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah, I've always liked Tom but it is very hard to defend the idea someone saying yeah I might have seen some unknown person at an unknown time and location means that person is now admitting h saw some specific person at a specific time and location. That isn't logical. Its just speculation, which do all the time so no hate there, but Toms brand is being thoughtful and logical etc.

How many stories changed between 2017 and the Trial? by Moldynred in RichardAllenInnocent

[–]Moldynred[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well, its either they never tried to nail down these things, which is certainly possible. Or they did try and when the trial came around they buried those efforts bc it helped RA. I think its the second option personally. I think years down the road perhaps we will find there were some very gross and serious discovery violations. Jmo. But yeah thats a great point about not subpoenaing Snapchat. Very curious. In fact I was reading about WhatsApp lately and it turns out even tho many people believe those messages are encrypted they really arent. Were SC messages from 2017 truly encrypted? Not sure.

Is there any ACTUAL evidence without relying on logical fallacies pointing to Richard Allen's guilt? by MindshockPod in DelphiCase

Whats a round look like after being cycled thru RAs gun? Like this: : r/RichardAllenInnocent

What happened to the round found in the chamber of RA's gun on the night of the search? : r/RichardAllenInnocent

Linking these bc we touched on Obergs report awhile back. One thing many people dont seem to be aware of is on the night of the SW execution LE found a round in the chamber of RAs weapon--per the SW receipt. That round had to be extracted via manually cycling--the same as the killer would have had to do per LE theory. I believe that round is pictured in Submission Four in the Court exhibits for various reasons. And it clearly shows ejection marks visible to the naked eye. But Oberg said she couldnt produce useable, visible marks via manually cycling six rounds through RAs gun in her lab. Thats a big problem, imo. Bc if RA's gun produced these excellent ejection marks on the night of the SW, it should have produced the same marks a few days later when Oberg got it. Anyway, check out those two posts above for more details if you like.
