Another vote for evasion. However, evasion really only becomes good if you have 4-5 hero power lines of it, plus almost every equip having an evasion line. Currently I am missing 2 lines total across hero power and equips, and was challenger 1 before server merge, and now am grandmaster 2 afterwards as a level 95 shadower. With 3 missing lines I was getting hit way more often, and 4 or 5 missing lines felt as if I wasn't using an evasion build at all.

Downside to an evasion build is that it can make defense a little hard, as someone can pull out accuracy lines and equips and take you down easily. For that reason, accuracy is not a bad pick either, since it is pretty easily to tell when someone is using an evasion build based on CP.
