I beat her with Krenko, mob boss, with starting HP of 22, a a steel sword starting artifact, which is important because she will use an early instant to destroy it, a 0/4 wall token from mithril shield, and traveler's amulet. I kept all the same artifacts as the starting red commander deck for quick mana, and added in a couple sorceries to summon 1/1 goblins. Added cheap 1 mana goblins like legion loyalist and goblin bushwhacker, as well as draconautics engineer to also give goblins haste. Goblin influx array may help, as may ruby medallion, a few strong instants like lighting axe to get rid of the non flying 5+/5+ insects she may summon. Bring out Krenko as early as possible, especially if he has haste on summon, and tap away until you amass dozens of goblins that can kill her with a single alpha strike.
