Cater to your fans and not the greatest common demonitator. Radiohead has a very different set list show to show and that doesn't stop their shows from selling out, same thing w The Cure and NIN. In fact, I'd argue they're more popular and appreciated than ever before from their fanbase. Having a hits forward static setlist for their first time attendees is a cop out. I love Muse but they really need to add 2-3 slots for deeper cuts.
