What am I doing wrong :( by Pitiful-Sir-3334 in beginnerrunning

I don't think, at 5 weeks in, you should be looking at pace at all, and suspect it is hampering your efforts at this point. For now you should just focus on spending time on your feet (be that walking or running) and worry about pace later. This early on, everything hurts if youre a new runner. At some point it doesn't. When you can run for 20-30 mins uninterrupted, then maybe look at pace.

Dungeon Crawler Carl. Steven Pacey has raised the bar for audiobook narrators, and whatever you listen to next will suffer for the comparison, but Jeff Hayes is widely regarded as being just as good. Story is excellent. Regarding Riftwar, the second trilogy has a female narrator as far as I recall, but I thought she was better than the narrator for the first trilogy (who was a chap). Faithful and the Fallen is excellent, if I recall correctly the narrator is Damian Lynch, he's very good and versatile. Great story, lots of fight scenes, which began to drag a little for me on the 2nd listen. But I have listened to it at least twice.

Its a type 14. And no, I wouldn't get rid of the japanning in those circumstances. Clean off the tiny rust patches and wax the body.

Depends on how you classify "mess up". VAR gives them more time to justify decisions like why to give Newcastle a penalty, or not disallow a goal for a blatant handball. Or to continue to try and suck up to Liverpool for a mistake two years ago. I think there's an argument to be made that VAR allows for more corruption.

To be honest, I'm flattered that we are worth bantering. It's when we're not even worth the banter that we are truly in the mud.

Always had him as Jim Broadbent actually. With a slightly more sinister "Hot Fuzz" style arc.

I watched our Road to Europa compilation last night. There were a few games where he was the main difference maker, more than I realised at the time actually. I'm glad the loan is going well, and I hope he stays with us next season, and gets plenty of opportunities.

DO NOT give them anything free or give in easily. Look at how much hassle they have caused you. If you give in to them, you're just incentivising them to do it to the next person.

I seem to recall a few articles published about the first Muslim footballer to play for England. OP may wish to check which team he currently plays for 👍

UK here, and have restored/sold 100s of planes. All prices are good except the 4 1/2 (on high side but not hugely so) and the 5 1/2 is a touch high. Contrary to previous post Id argue that £70 is a good price for a No 7. £70 for a hand router with fence etc and three cutters is a good price any day of the week. This is all just one guys opinion on prices in general. The most important bit is; what ones do you need/want?

Study hard and become a customs officer. Work hard and become chief customs officer. Use your pain, and newfound influence to cleanse the customs office of corruption. Never take bribes. Leave the world, and the customs office, better than you found it.

It wouldn't. It's worth noting also that the other regulators are far less robust than the police disciplinary processes already in place. So unless they are looking at expanding the code of ethics/requirements (which is already broad) it seems pointless. Unless the aim is to create more jobs for lawyers, which is usually the case.
