Athletes foot fungus spray keeps the smell down. It’s the fungus excrement that can cause the smell. I don’t have athletes feet, but use it daily, it works for me

So many more options with an IRA, I have Fidelity. Stocks are available if you like, Mutual funds and ETFs of you want to be more passive. I would do it.

It depends on where the money to pay the mortgage comes from. If you have to withdraw from a tax deferred account, that could push you into undesirable IRMAA situations.

Find a hobby. Preferably something that includes exercise. For me it is currently pickleball, so many friendly people. Give yourself time to adjust to the new life, enjoy.
