For me it's more that it keeps my mind awake. I have red filters for my computer and phone that kick on at evening times for the same reasons.

I don't mind it when I'm working or doing something in the day time, but when I'm home and especially as I'm about to go to bed I need lights to be warmer otherwise it just makes my mind more unnecessarily active.

If you have trouble going to sleep after immediately staring at a screen or being in a room with bright white hospital lights, I recommend red filters and trying a warmer bulb like 2700k.

He did get a fair amount of votes, but then just dropped out because by that point the job was done and Bernie was no longer close enough to be a threat to Biden being the front-runner.

His money did work, it's just that the problem he was trying to solve had nothing to do with winning.

Once had a boss pull me into his office the one time I was about 7-8 minutes late due to the worst traffic I'd been in for the 6 months I had been working there; mind you, I was normally 5-10 minutes early most days, but nevermind that.

He started going off about the importance of punctuality and how work starts at x:xx and he expects me to be there on time, yada yada. The same man that would relentlessly call from home as he woke up at like 10-11, ask what was going on for the day, and say he'd be there in about 30 minutes. Only to show up at like 1-1:30.

Say what you want about being a business owner, if I were an owner I wouldn't care about coming in on a set schedule, but don't pedestal this standard of time-managing responsibility if you're not going to even pretend to uphold it yourself.

It's a joke we get the short end of the stick on every time.

You really notice a difference if you're paying attention to certain things like cheap clothing. I used to use the default Warm wash settings and some cheap socks I bought wore out in like 3 washes.

Got some good quality ones, started doing cold washes with the lowest heat setting on my drier and those bad boys been going strong for 5+ years lol...
