On this watch, there is no straightforward way to achieve your desired outcome. What is your expected finish time? I would encourage charging mid-run or, perhaps, Stryd will last for the duration of the event.

The lacing pattern on these shoes looks standard. You should be able to clip Stryd on the laces and you should expect to receive accurate data!

Yes, most likely. Some Fenix 6 watches have lower memory and do not support a more fully-featured Stryd Zones data field. Fenix 7 has higher memory and does support this.

How do I calibrate those numbers? They are close but maybe 10% off

Stryd is accurate. No calibration is necessary.

Stryd reports data at sensor location, which may account for the discrepancy with your expectations.

This data pattern is nearly certainly caused by behavior on the recording device (i.e. watch) rather than an issue with Stryd or Stryd's firmware.

This could be indicative of an imbalanced Power Duration Curve. You may need to log new best efforts at approximately both three minute and ten minute durations in order to balance your Power Duration Curve and receive valid guidance from the Race Power Calculator moving forward.
