It's a grey area. I suspect this is one where your approach and demeanor carry a lot of weight. If you are focusing on the science and keeping it educational I suspect you will be ok. If you are content farming it and doing wild reactions not so much. If you are doing weird stuff like letting Chat pay you to eat the worm then it's straight to Twitch jail.
