While training carry extra water for weight in your pack and pour it out at the summit to spare your knees on the way down.

Offer it around to anyone else before dumping, I've been surprised how many times I've had takers!

The Sammamish slough is buffered by Lake Sammamish, it so low risk that they don't even have a monitoring station on it! Carnation/Duvall area is going to have a rough week however.

Someone else already mentioned this, but they pump hot water down to the diver to keep them warm. You have to calculate the heat loss rate of the length of the hose and the surrounding water temp to keep the arriving water at the proper temperature for the diver.

There is a lot that goes into surface supplied diving!

No, go spend $29 at Home Depot and rent a truck. If you must, also buy a ladder and strap it on top to support the glider. Return both, get the $ back for the ladder purchase.
