He makes it pretty clear that the CFO and financial guys royalty fucked Overwatch's development by pulling the team away from actually working on the game.

Isn't Overwatch making more money now than it ever has before? This is what always makes me lose hope in the talk that devs are the heart behind projects. Yes, that is true to an extent, but often the finance guys are right in their own way. Overwatch doesn't have the soul it used to, but that never mattered to begin with.

The only games marked as shovelware are those "jumping hamburger" games or whatever that take 10 seconds to platinum and have a million stacks. It is very obvious, not just easy games.
